Did they not already work? I’ve used my for emulators on Windows and android for a while. Or is this just that it’s “official support” now?

Controllers are one of the few examples of Apple products being compatible with non Apple products.

Apple just didn’t want to bother making a controller?

Have they added support for the Nintendo switch pro controller along with this?

Last I had checked they hadn’t yet

No one cares anything regarding Ventura…

Apple now caught up to everyone else circa 2020.

I still need to use an **unsupported third-party driver for XBOX 360 controller support under macOS**… but that’s OK, they’ve only been available for **16 years**.

  8. Shame App store is plastered with freemiums that don’t offer value for longer than ten minutes of their gameplay. I also still dont believe in streaming games either.

If Nintendo and Apple entered into some kind of hardware partnership I would definitely be intrigued. I don’t think this is any evidence of it but it’s an interesting idea.

But is there a way to get RetroArch on iphones?

Out of the loop… does this mean I can play old Nintendo games on Apple TV if I get a controller??

Apple: adds native support for all console controllers

Also Apple: Blocks console game streaming

Seriously WTF is the point? Emulators maybe? Oh right Apple blocks those too.

What if.. Nintendo start making vr software specifically for Apple VR. Would make the games inaccessible to most though unless Apple could make a cheaper headset
