As others said, do tier 1 raids. Don’t worry too much about counters if your Pokemon are high-leveled.

if you have some raids around you you can easily do t1 raids they are easily doable alone, even if you would only do 1 per day its easy to get 10 within 2 weeks, all you have to be is a little more active in this case.

Just download pokegenie and host raids using the free daily raid passes the game gives you. You can use it for local raids or for remote raids and you end up with exp and people on your friends list to exchange gifts afterwords, as well.
Edit: Also, it’s free. Free is always good.

All level 1 raids are soloable, almost all of level 3, and a few megas/legendary. You also can use 3rd party apps to create raids (pokegenie for example) . Finally, as many said, you’re in no rush for the 10 raids.

Do one or two, one star raids a day in person (free raid pass), and will be completed within a week. Very easy to solo at any level.

You get a free raid pass every day. You just solo an easy level one raid once a day. Only takes 10 days.

I’m just going to send mine to sword and evolve it there.
Just raid T1 raids , or go out for raid hours and you’ll be able to do 1 with more people around
