When I was a teenager I had life threatening asthma and was in and out of hospital. My children’s ward had an N64 system with this game and wave race 64. Just watching Gamexplain playing it right now on livestream is bringing back so many memories of how it kept me going during me weeks long stays in the hospital. Blisters on my right thumb and index finger from the boo bicycle and all lol. Such an amazing game

This reminds me of a paper I wrote for myself, about the differences in the Mario Party vs Mario Party 2 economies! 😁
Did you know that 1 collects Human coins only, but 2 collects the total economic gain of all 4 players, whether they’re Human or CPU?
Mario Party 2 encourages cooperation with the computer, but in Mario Party, there’s no incentive to cooperate!
In conclusion, Mario Party is Capitalist, and Mario Party 2 is Socialist, and therefore, Socialists throw better parties.
