You have to worry any time a “remastered” game reaches the Switch

So…not good?

A really lazy port. They can’t blame the Switch hardware for this

I bought it for $1.73 off the Mexican Eshop this morning. Definitely worth it at that price.
It was a mistake on the Eshop and it’s now unavailable.

For every Witcher 3 and Neir Automata there’s 10 ports like Alan Wake.

Looks fine to me. Too bad the game was never fun.

They should have ported the original version, it would have turned out so much better. If you’re chopping away at the remaster to the point it looks worse than the original then you should have used the original from the start.

Yeah, I hope they get it patched up. My experience was not that bad, but on the other hand – last time I played it was on 360 back in the days… and I only checked out the first part (until reaching the lighthouse).
What annoys me even more than the bad performance on Switch, which – if you are honest – is what we had to expect, is the constant vibration of the Switch with every single footstep. Are they serious? And why is there no option to just turn that off, it’s all or no vibration at all…

Who was clamoring for this? I remember that game being really boring and didn’t care to finish it when it came out

I saw this last night and put it on my wish list because I don’t get paid for another week then saw everyone talking about it on reddit and was like damn it’s a remaster and it’s not ready. Good thing I pur it off but I’m sure after a couple of patches it might turn into a good game. I will wait until then.

That looks worse than what I remember the X360 game looking like.
