Psystrike. It’s a Mewtwo only move, with 2.40 Damage per Energy in PvP, and 46.96 Damage per Second in raids. Keep Flamethrower as secondary charge move to counter your bug weakness and deal a high neutral type against dark/ghost weakness

you should pick up psystrike no matter what. for second move both shadow ball and focus blast are excellent – most run shadow ball.

If you’re using it for pvp then you must have psystrike.
If you’re just raiding with it then the great thing about Mewtwo is he’s strong with just about everything. Yes his most ideal damage per second moveset is Confusion with psystrike but he’s not that far behind with psycho cut and psychic.
With Confusion and psystrike, Mewtwo is the 3rd best psychic attacker in the game behind Mega Alakazam and Mega Latios. With psycho cut and psychic………………Mewtwo is still the 3rd best attacker in the game behind those two megas. If you want to save an elite TM you’ll probably not even notice the difference.
With Ice Beam and thunderbolt are great raid moves too. Of course shadowball as well but that costs an elite TM.
HyperBeam does great for DPS too but since it won’t be super effective against anything it’s not ideal. Flamethrower and Focus Blast fall short mostly because there’s already a lot of really powerful fire and fighting types to use.
I have a shadow Mewtwo with Psychic and Icebeam. It’s amazing.

I have very strong feelings about this. If you have 1 Shadow Mew Two it should have psycho cut, psystrike, and focus blast. Psychic types are weak to dark and ghost. Dark resists psychic. Ghost does not resist psychic. Psystrike is OP hit everything that doesn’t resist it with psystrike. If it doesn’t mind getting hit with psystrike, then it definitely minds getting hit with focus blast.
If you have 2 Mew Twos give one confusion and whatever charge moves you want for coverage. Shadow confusion is great for so many rocket battles.
Honestly I want more than anything else to suggest against double legacy Mew Two. Shadow ball is great, but not as good as psystrike. And limiting your Mew Two is ill-advised. Shadow MewTwos are sick. Top attacker in multiple types just with coverage moves, or just neutral psystrike.

You can use a normal charged tm to remove frustration, just fyi
