Not including a game that had Grant Kirkhope, Gareth Coker, and Yoko Shimomura in the “best score” nominees should actually be a crime.

Wait, A Plague Tale: Requiem is on Swi–Oh right, the Cloud Version…
This wasn’t a very exciting year for Switch gamers looking at this list. Plague Tale doesn’t exactly scream Nintendo Switch to me, neither does Apex Legends. A lot of these I have no idea what they are and some are good games but IDK I just feel kind of let down again. I hope Nintendo has something in store for Christmas.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land not getting nominated for Best soundtrack is such bullshit.
Once again fighting games are being snubbed in the game awards. The fact that sifu was nominated for best fighting game. Not to mention evo being the only fighting game eSports anything on this list.
Man, best rpg is a tough choice
I get that it’s “on” the Switch but FIFA 23 definitely isn’t nominated because of the Legacy Edition.
Triangle Strategy not being up for Sim/Strat makes no sense.
God I know it won’t happen but I would love to see triangle strategy win best RPG. I can’t play tactics games because I don’t have the strategic mind for them but I’m currently watching my third playthrough for it. I’m obsessed with the story
Aight over watch 2 is bs now. Since they made it free we now got 7 year olds on switch or using their older sibling acc on their Xbox or PlayStation playing this game. Now there is almost no team cooperation bc in over watch 1 it was for money and most kids want to spend money on frickin toys. But now since it’s free we got kids and teenagers and adults in one same lobby. So you will almost never be on a team that actually cooperates and gets the task done. Kids would miss every shot and die over and over. Teenagers will do the task with the adults but because of the age gap half the time they won’t cooperate at all. And don’t even get me started about the live ongoing call in the match for people to talk. A kid will say “let’s have fun out there guys” and grown adults and 13 yr olds will start cursing their brains out bc that one kid said “let’s have fun”. Overwatch 2 could’ve been good but they ruined it making it free.
Is anyone but game is getting sick and tired of E rated games almost always be regulated into the Family category despite being on par with other games?
