It’s an old problem they tried to fix but didn’t. Happens more in rainy weather.

Had the same just now on my son’s Galaxy S9. My Pixel 6 is fine. Both on same version too.

Yes, since the update this morning this happens constantly in catch screens and rocket battles. Driving me crazy.

Nope had this problem on 2 different phones after the update 2 days ago with shadow pokemons. If you find a glitch/unexpected lag, always blame niantic quality control and never blame your phone no matter how old it is lol

I see this on an S9 but not on a Pixel 5 or S7. I haven’t noticed my wife’s S20 doing it, but she plays a lot less.
