White and Orange are both super rare with global availability.
yellow, red, and blue are region-locked to NA, EU, and APAC respectively, but are more common than the other two depending where you are.

From my experience they are incredibly rare. Found an orange one in Gatlinburg Tennessee. Found 2 white ones in my hometown, another white one near my hometown, and finally a white one in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The nearby pokemon radar is a good resource to find them

I got 2 orange Flabebes didn’t know they’re rare 😅. But congrats on the white one. Think that’s what I’ve been seeing the silhouette of on my nearby 😂

I have an orange and yellow one. Not white yet. Looking for it. also, question maybe irrelevant but how is Flabebe not Grass/Fairy type instead of just fairy?
