Pokeminers data mined new XXL & XXS badges. Looks like Niantic added the deletion warning messages before adding the badges. There’s no way of knowing if or when the badges will go live. And if they do, they’ll probably only count the XXL & XXS mons acquired thereafter.
However, other badges count mons traded to you. So were you to keep your XXL mon, you’d help one of your friends towards increasing the counter for their badge, and they might return the favor.

Is Ursaluna among your selections, by any chance? I evolved six and two of them are XXL, which is incredibly unlikely if it’s not bugged.

Ursalana is a special case it seems because evolving a teddiursa have a good chance at making an XXL ursaring. Normally wild xxl pokemon are 1 in 31000
