The fact that the biggest draw of Engage for me so far is that more characters from the previous game are gonna be in it probably means I should sit this one out

Gotta downvote this. It’s poor taste to promote DLC before the game is even released. Looks cool though but you could have saved this for after release.

The more i see it the more Engage looks like a failed sequel to their gatcha games that they decided to make non pay 2 win for the switch, but it might be good? I enjoyed somewhat XBC2 gatcha elements for keeping it interesting and making it hard to get all the blades, makes each rare blade actually feel unique and worth something.
