There are plenty of other ways to get a regular Charizard, especially also with the rate being 1/64 for the other charizards too.
The shadow itself is a good raid attacker so I wouldn’t purify it just for the mega. But the choice is yours, OP

NO! This is rarer than a Shundo Charizard IMO, plus you can keep trying for a Shundo by doing raids and catching charmanders, but you CANT get another shadow shiny Charizard since it’s gone from the leaders

In my opinion: yes. You’d have a nice shundo, that can mega evolve, and also looks badass. However, if you post that here, no one will tell you to do that since you get a 20% damage bonus for being a shadow. Your choice comes down to do you want a cheap to power up shiny hundo mega charizard, or a stronger charizard that isn’t perfect or able to mega evolve. Your choice!

No. Shiny Shadow Charizard is very rare. You can get a shundo charizard from raids

If this Charizard has the community day move you will lose it if you purify it, so then you need to use an elite TM because a hundo Charizard is worthless without it. It isn’t worth it. Getting another shiny charmander is probably easier than getting this again.

Unless u plan to run this badass in the master league, u might as well purify to use him as a mega raid attacker. In ultra and great league the ivs need to be lower for the attack stat so it rly depends on u.
Then again, it’s rare to have a shiny shadow so it’s your call brother
