    All four games are already available on the Sega Genesis Classics collection, but I guess it’s nice if you don’t own that.

    Columns is such peak “we have Tetris at home” (iirc they even packed it in with the Game Gear to try and replicate how the Gameboy came with Tetris), but I’m still weirdly happy to see it added.

    Also, I always kinda forget they put Virtua Fighter 2 on Genesis/Mega Drive. I so associate that series with the jump to 3D that it feels weird to think there were 16-bit installments.

    I’m surprised nintendo didn’t drop a trailer, too… they’re hyping the n64 games as if they were brand new releases and not just a rom that someone has to check “go” on before uploading to NSO

    Yeah no. Im not paying $30 extra for Sega Genesis games j could easily emulate on my potato computer and N64 roms that can’t run for shit. This is a joke, and it’s not a very funny one either. Just bring back virtual console.

    Recently replayed Alien Storm on an emulator, i find it still extremely charming, the sound design in particular is really intresting imo.

    what nintendo *should* add is 100,000 of those n64 controllers. that’s what they *should* do. they shouldn’t do anything else until there are 100,000 of those effing n64 controllers in stock.
