Legendary and shiny Pokemon never show up on the map. Legos only through raids and shinies are only revealed when you catch them.
For the event I used a shiny palkia.
“Zorua was caught”
“Oh?”
“Zorua was caught!”
“Outstanding move”
Now, and hear me out, what if the Zorua disguised as a Zorua you caught was copying another Zorua disguised as a Zorua

Shadow pokemon works well for detecting Zoruas, too 🙂

Smart, except sadly Zorua won’t do the transformation animation from Zorua to Zorua. It does work for Zoroark though.

I’ve yet to see a disguised Zoura after the initial event, where I got two… TWO!… of them.
I just have a shiny pokemon. Shiny sprites for wild pokemon don’t show on the overworld(:

I’ve seen a wild zorua when my buddy wasn’t zorua, this happen to anyone else? It didn’t transform it was just there.

Shinies also work well, especially shiny Megas. When they were Ohrt in force, I set my buddy as a shiny mega Gyarados, and spotted them easy. Now I have a shiny Noibat that I’m farming candies for, and I’ve caught four Zorua during that time.
