    Why can’t I Pre-Order on Nintendo E-Shop?

I didn’t realize how much of P4 stuff I’d been seeing was from either the anime (or cutscenes maybe?) and art until I saw this trailer and was like, oh it’s way more similar to P3 in appearance than I realized.

I’d die for a physical copy of these

They’re really pushing FeMC here. Which makes sense, considering this is Portable and not FES.

I didn’t know they were going to be a bundle, $40 is a very fair price too. Excited to dive into these. There’s no physical copy though?

No idea what Persona 3 is like, but I’ll say for anyone playing Persona 4 for the first time… you honestly might want a spoiler free guide. The game has an in game calendar that you progress by mostly deciding where you want to spend your evenings and weekends. If you want to experience the most of the story, you need to be optimal with when you spend time with specific people. Most of it is just optional character progression, but there’s some big things that you really don’t want to miss. If you’re a completionist or even just sorta a completionist, you’ll probably find a guide to reduce stress.

You _can_ wing it if you take careful note of what days people are available for. But honestly that’s hard. I tried to wing it for about the first half of the game. It’s not actually that clear what days everyone is available without some trial and error. And the calendar doesn’t make it super clear how many days you _actually_ have available, since there’s some large chunks of the calendar that are special events and won’t actually let you play those days. Plus schedules can change a bit over the game, which makes it hard to plan your schedule if it’s your first time.

Finally, there are multiple endings. It’s actually quite easy to miss the good ending. And the best ending is _extra_ missable (as is an extra end game dungeon). If you wing the game, you honestly have a decent chance of missing that. Yeah, you can replay the game, but the game is really, really, really long. Over 120 hours for me according to Steam. I can’t speak for everyone, but I personally consider it too long of a game to want to replay back to back.

Oh no… everytime this game gets ported to a portable device.
    The device dies.

    RIP PSvita

I really wish they would remaster these games, but I’ll take a Switch port

  10. baikolini92

Wish they made a FES with FemMC. Like remaster/remake.

  11. epsteino

Do these games have a similar length to persona 5?

  12. Altus really missed an opportunity for a P3G here that combines the proper movement of FES with the full party control of P3P.

  13. Good luck to anyone trying to get the real extended ending of P4G without using a guide at one particular discussion toward the end of the game.

  14. ericlikesyou

Wait for it to go on sale, folks

    See P5R
