It hasn’t been announced yet so nobody knows. I’d just go for Mewtwo given how strong it is. Or alternatively, you could wait until the next event is announced to decide.

I ended up unloading the 3 i saved for shadow mewtwo. Ended up getting a 98iv. The next one better than Mewtwo will be raquazza. But who knows. That could be years away

If you decide you don’t want shadow mewtwo, you can still claim the radar and deactivate it until there’s a shadow legendary you do want. That’s what I’m doing.
