Remember when this was announced for the start of last year (but I guess that ended up just being for Steam). Still looking forward to it! I think it’s my favorite shoot-em-up, just in terms of the gameplay and theming. Really loved playing the Japanese release of it on Dreamcast. It’s a shame the only thing people ever talk about for this is the terrible English dub (for its PS2 release), similar to how it’s a shame Zero Wing is only ever remembered for it’s meme-worthy translation. Zero Wing owns too, go play that on the Genesis Switch Online dealie.

Huh, no mention of tate/vertical mode? Doing a google search shows that previous ports support it.
