Why wouldn’t you evolve it? It’s absolutely worthless as is but can be a great Mega to have.

Op I just want you to know that I support your perfect magikarp. A level 100 magikarp or a team of pure magikarp is something I always wanted to do but never dedicated myself enough (closest I got was a like level 80+ blaziken and 5 magikarp levels 15-32 beating the champion in emerald).
Don’t dare to evolve it, just remember to level it up for Magikarp Jumping competitions!
