I was able to get out a fully stripped screw out of a C1541 with one of those.

I got the ifixit toolkit and had many tool heads which is why you are probably missing one. When i wanted to deep clean my Xbox I was i unable but then I was able to.
Aka you need tools for that specific screws

Try lowering the torque on the drill, put it on the #1 setting.

I had to buy a set of tools for working on my Xbox back in the day. They’re not hard to get or expensive but I’d suggest Googling tools for opening a Nintendo switch or other game console. There’s probably a forum out there that can direct you to the set of small tools for this kind of project.
