13 hundos (well actually 15, since I released two when I didn’t know about IVs..), out of 15900 caught, only one of these hundos is a purified one.
That averages to about 1/1000 Pokemon being a hundo. That sorta makes sense, as the base odds for a hundo is 16^3 (1/4096), but there are many scenarios where Pokemon have boosted minimum IVs (like weather boost, raids, etc.).
