Bro my account is clearly llocked. Every time i change my team i get surreal opponents, i made a team with jellicent haunter and stunfisk for troll and everyone had an obstagoon. 5 sets 5 obstagoons.
I’ve noticed when I have a team that gives me a big win streak the game likes to coincidentally hard counter my team five times in a row. So I change up my team and what do you know, the game knows and hard counters that one till I give up
I have a team that does well against most of the ultra league meta, but gets completely walled by Cobalion, so of course I found those in like every battle
I had a 80% win rate for the first part of Ace rank (as I am sure most were) and then I got hard countered using 3 different teams. Went 0-13. And the loss streak continued. Dropped all the way into 1800 rank. I keep grinding tho. Now I am sitting at 54% win rate. Makes sense.
My account is the same way, i know if i get a 4-1. The next few sets I'll get a 1-4, the most I'll get is 3 wins anymore. I get locked at ace rank now every season, i know my counts and everything. Seems like to get charge energy sometimes it takes more fast move to get it in matches they want you to lose.
Real talk. I’m lock. Got a set yesterday. Ran into two different battlers with the same Pokémon and line up in same order. Lost both battles. Back to back too. 😅
I'm at 100% Win Rate. I battled in the Go Battle League a long time ago when it was first released and won one battle and decided it wasn't that fun and not really for me.
Seem like it cuz when I look at my total win percentage it’s about 50%

I can go 0-150 over my next 150 games and I’ll still be over 50%.
Odly, i was thinking the same thing last week. What's the point of playing if the battles are not random by rank.
I totally agree with this. I have been using the same team for about a week with decent elo gains one day and then the next day dropping 100+ elo. I went back and forth with this to the point of getting so frustrated, I had to delete the app from my phone. i dont know if I wll be coming back to PoGO or not…its not worth getting frustrated. Oh and then the lack of lengendary encounters from rewards is ridiculous. with over 450 wins, I still have not encountered one legendary.
so basically ELO and Ranking means shit when the game intends you to stay at the 45-55% ELO then. Why bother on when Algorithm screws you over, so lesson learned: get the 500W on GO Broken League then be free the rest of the season 😂

yea its like when you are doing raids niantic recommed some pokemons for you, and usually those pokemon have a skill that hurt the boss efective or that pokemon resist all the boss attacks.

I've run into a few double charmers in ML and absolutely trashed em. The worst I've seen was a Sylveon, bitchkiss and pussydrill team. Now I do use a charmer in ML but it's a harder one to use than that smiling bird thing

My biggest pet peeve/conspiracy theory is when the game suddenly “lags” right as you’re about to hit your charge move to win the game and then suddenly your opponent gets 5-6 fast moves off and you lose

There are def bots in the game. Def get paired against these to guruntee losses when going on winning streaks

I’ve been playing for 3 seasons and I’ve always had a 55% win rate but have never gotten further then 2287 elo. Afraid I’ll never catch up with the curve
I am from India and i love your content, But in this video I got a headache because of what's going on side. It's better to see your Star mon than animation.
Yup stuck at 50% from the start of gbl. More like a 55% or 60% but still. The algorithm doesnt like too many wins. Used to get 20-25 win streaks every season at the beginning now its almost always 3-2 or 2-3 sets. And if i get 4-1 or 5-0 i get 1-4 or 0-5 the next set. meta teams, spice teams, doesnt matter. And sometimes i just get owned all around perfect swaps perfect bait calls etc. draws. The gbl is just not entertaining anymore.
I like when the battle is about to begin and it takes you so long to get into the battle itself that your opponent has you farm down halfway before you can even tap the screen.
I've noticed I went a lot more when it's a specialized cup. Once it is open League I get screwed over.
The best is when you're doing well then all the sudden you get the weak signal and your opponent hits you with a charge move and wins with one HP left

I noticed multiple seasons ago that my win rate never gets above 56%, so when I am get hard countered left and right I just upper left the entire set, give the algorithm the losses it wants from me and come back and get wins in the next set.
Dude there is a LOT for us to learn as you analyze your losses. I say add a loss analysis video like once a week or so just to prove your point about the RPS issue.

Every account should average a 50% win rate, that's just how elo-based matchmaking works
Managed +600 points to hit legend in the last 6 days. Account is around 54% win rate. But every great day I have of battles will quickly be followed by an average or slightly below average day. They just try so hard to keep us around 50%

Niantic expects people to do backflips and perform miracles to rank up. I was at 2,670 ELO
I dropped to 2,345. Very frustrating.

Yes it is. Last season, a day or two before it ended, I made a post on a PoGo community page on Facebook asking what everyone's win rates were, and I'm not lying or making anything up when I say that every single person who replied with screenshots of their wins/losses had a .5 to maybe .52-.53 win rate. Even their lifetime win/loss ratios were around the same range.
And for people who say team comp matters, no tf it doesn't. I don't care who you pick, you will get repeatedly hard countered once Niantic decides you've won enough, and some of those counters will be Pokemon that you NEVER see in GBL, and sometimes even running moves that nobody uses, but just so happen to be super effective against one of yours.

I very much feel like I go 5 – 0 then magically next set 100% counter regardless of the team I use. 🤷♀️
my win rate is 49 % this season with over 250 matches played. 50% exactly last season with over 350 matches played
4 sets today, 4 different teams with different leads. Every set i got hard countered specific to that team. 3 sets of 1-4 and one 0-5. Went from 2643 to 2252. I'm done with great league
