How can I finish this? Quilladin raid bugged, no Chespin spawning.

Little update, at 9PM my local time there is no Quiladin raid spawning, no eggs, like the event stop altogether. All the gyms back to normal, all existing Quilladin raid timer turn 0 around 9PM almost at the same time, maybe off a minute or so. It should be 10PM right?

Chespin is a normal spawn, I’ve got one right by me and it’s 2am. Luckily the research isn’t timed so it’ll just take you awhile to complete and worst case Chespin will spawn heavily in December CD.

I’ve seen three since comm day ended 9 hours ago and I’ve done two hours of normal driving around catching in that time
Worst case the research hangs out with you until December recap day! (Sorry)

Not to dishearten you but page 3 also requires 15 Chespin catches 😭😆

There are Chespin out there but I wouldn’t evolve a Quilladin that is required in step 3 until December Community day since the Chestnaught you will receive in Step 4 will not know frenzy plant. (Don’t evolve Quilladin because you will have your research icon orange until Comm day if you want to wait till then because step 4 is just straight up claiming research.)
I ran into this situation for a couple of comm days last year due to just not really playing those days and did this.
