A good bit of that is quick catching on spotlight hours / community days and such very few lucky eggs used too. So if you work on accuracy you should be able to play less and get the same amount of xp or play the same amount and see a huge boost in xp!
I can’t imagine how much you play though kinda jealous kinda exhausted thinking about it.

Wow, I started 2/14/2022 and am level 41. I have enough XP to be level 43, but have not done the task level ups. However, I am 100% free to play having not spent any money at all and it feels like I am severely disadvantaged by not doing so.
