I know it’s paranoid but the fact that they’d release this as a standalone video instead of being in a Direct has me a little concerned on whether there will be a Direct this month.
Why are they calling mini-games, “sub games”, it’s terrible?

Never played the original Wii game, so pumped for this one! My first Kirby game was Forgotten Land, one of the best Switch games I’ve played so far.
No online multiplayer? Why??
I wish This remake had full online capability.
I’d actually get this game just so I could play with my friends who live far away from me. (Just like Super Mario 3d World + Bowser’s Fury.)
How does this compare with, say, Mario party?
Big fan of this art style. Super vibrant colors and distinct/dark outlines. Like Pokemon Sun & Moon
As much as I love this game, going with the Smash 3DS-esc art style with outlines makes me not as excited despite how great the game overall is.
To put things in perspective for why Return to Dream Land was so popular/well received is that before it, the last mainline Kirby games on consoles were Dream Land 3 on *SNES* in 1997/1998 and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards on N64 in 2000. Return to Dream Land released in late 2011/early 2012, that’s a long gap in-between.
Not to mention this is one of the best side-scrolling 2.5D platformers you can play, highly recommend it even when options like Forgotten Land exist.

As much as I love Kirby I can’t justify $60 for this. $40 would be better.

Those mini games remind me of the Pokemon Stadium 2 Mini Games I would play for hours as a kid.
I wasn’t planning on getting this game until this trailer.

While the black outline looks weird having played the original, am hyped since it looks like they put a *ton* of love into making this remake, unlike some other “remakes” they’ve made in the recent past.
Can’t wait to get my hands on it! Sucks that it’s still $59.99 though.
I played it a bit on the wii back in the Day but I found the controls horrendous with the wiimote. Looking for Ward to playing it with my son!

Hey there, please forgive the noob question but: will this be a good experience for single player? (I have friends, I just don’t like them very much. jk obv, I just prefer single player as a way to zone out)
