played this on both PS4 and PS5, a must play if you like puzzly-adventures. beautiful lush visuals and a bird companion you can pet and hug and fly with.

Played this on PS5. Absolutely fantastic game–if your favorite part of BOTW was stumbling across a puzzle in the wilderness, this is like if a whole game was nothing but that. No combat aside from boss fights, but a really strong atmosphere/audiovisual style, and traversal was very fun.

I played this when the PS5 first came out, and I just couldn’t get into it as much as I wanted to. I love the art style, it’s really fluid, it’s got that Abzu/Journey feel for sure. But it just felt lacking. If I’m remembering right, the only real progression is how many times you can jump and how much you can float (or something to that effect). So it’s basically just more of the same throughout the 3/4 or so of it that I played. I could see why the ones who liked it really liked it, but I can also understand why people wouldn’t enjoy it.

Something to note: the game auto locks on to the targets you shoot at which makes running and gliding very smooth. No aiming required, instead you are timing the charge-up of your shots to get larger boosts of speed
The boss fights are my favorite part. It’s very satisfying to chase them down

Y’all need to start caring about price tags too my friends. This is why games on Nintendo have ridiculous price tags because the people just don’t care. $40 is too much, I’m just gonna wait for it to go on sale.

Not for everyone, but this was one of my fave games for PS4. Itâs a bit of Journey/Abzu (the aesthetic) blended with Shadow of the Colossus (the exploration and atmosphere, not the boss fights) blended with Prince of Persia-style environmental puzzles, and also itâs totally unlike any of those games. Downsides: itâs âshortâ (but really the perfect length for a working adult, about 10 hours), story is minimalistic, some people wonât like that there is no combat outside of the very scripted boss battles.

Will wait to see how it runs on switch, Seems like an ideal handheld game but if it doesnât run well Iâll probably get it in PS5
