I’m lacking a grass type attacker for PvE, is Shiftry a good choice?

There’s better options, but it’s not terrible I suppose
SSBGOGETA66
It’s ranked about rank 30+ for stab grass attackers so I wouldn’t say that’s good
Ketaskooter
It can be used for rockets since it’s charge move is fast. Can be used is different than good

Excluding legendaries, shadows, and community day moves, it still ranks below the real budget grass that is leafeon. If you’re thinking for kyogre, then jolteon has about the same damage output, as well as zebstrika.

Run your screenshots through poke genie. Shriftry is niche. But yours is, even though a hundo, won’t figure in the top 2000. A 96 leafeon is not going to help. You need to be looking for a zero or one or a two in the attack stat. Whilst high defense and hp stat

For raids my grass attackers end up being roserade (grass knot), Venusaur(Frenzy plant) , and sceptile (Frenzy plant)

I use it occassionally in rocket battles cuz shiftry epic. But yeah…it is…meh. in raids grass is realistically kinda terrible in general because it has so many weaknesses, raid bosses have so much coverage, and most grass types are mediocre with stats anyways.

For gyms and raids it’s not a first choice but for any player it’s not bad to have. Definitely a backup 4th or 5th choice for me.

Personally Leafeon or Torterra. Razor leaf on them is the BEST

Good job dyslexia; if I ever come across one of these I’ma name it Shitfry.

I use my 4* Shiftry all the time. Leaf blade charges so quickly that it’s great for dropping Rocket shields. And it charges off of only 3 basic attacks (usually) so sometimes it is available so quickly that the other guy can only get get one attack in before I am using it again. He is only 2500 cp right now but is honestly my top used Pokémon, followed by Machamp.
