I mean, I appreciate it but it just feels kinda random to me. Why decide now, 4 waves in, that they’re also gonna add new characters to the Booster Pass?
This doesn’t feel like it was planned from the beginning, otherwise they would have advertised the addition of new characters from the start. It feels more like Nintendo suddenly decided to double the budget of the DLC after the first wave was already launched or something.

It would be nice if they added new/old weapons and rotated them out weekly in online multiplayer.

My boy Diddy Kong better be returning (considering they did so with Birdo) … there seems to be two waves left, so here’s hoping.
Also wonder if Tour characters are considered part of the potential roster too.

Pauline, and Zelda please. I can’t be the only one bothered that the other iconic Nintendo princess isn’t there to race with Link, or that Pauline is missing.

These are some great news, but it’s hard for me to imagine another Mario Kart character in the DLC. Maybe Diddy Kong?

I was thinking, they’ll very likely bring back Diddy as a racer. But there is a good chance that Funky could return as well. If not both.
Then I realized… Nintendo could blow our minds and add Cranky as a racer, or maybe even Dixie (alongside Diddy, if not an alternate of Diddy, like with the male/female Animal Crossing villagers)
