I’m really sad we’re losing the english voice overs. I’m assuming they couldn’t sort out the rights, but they were decent and I will miss them.

Crazy ! Can’t wait for an official release date, this game was my huge favorite back in time and often these years i’ve played it on a GC Emulator like Dolphin, can’t wait to be able to play it again on my switch !!

Basically:
– Only Japanese voices (Not even Origins has its English voices)
– 1080p 30 fps
– First game is multilanguage, second game is only English

This is a weird statement to make:
Screen Resolution: TV Mode at 1920×1080 (*works at up to 2K resolution)
Why is up to 2K listed?

Japanese V only sounds like some hardcore pile of shit

Real fucking shame it’s not going to have the English dub. The first game is absolutely atrocious, but also really comforting at the same time.

Welp, back to the old pirate ship
Mangiacakes
I was excited but 1080 30 fps and no English voices is disappointing
Interesting_Snow_765
Nothing new for non english and Japanese speakers

This game seemed to always get talked about on the internet back then, and I never played it. Looking forward to being able to give it a try.

No dub = no interest

This whole release is just a shit show, guys :/

What was the FPS for the original gamecube release?
Pebbicle
As long as Xelha doesn’t articulate every single attack she does in a shrill voice I’ll be happy. It became unbearably grating after a few hours.

Is there a way to turn off voice overs altogether? For me that’ll be the caveat.
TheRigXD
Kinda jarring seeing this announced after Metroid Prime with similar “Remaster” titles, considering one has significantly more effort put into it
myrabuttreeks
Well, I guess I’m not getting it. I’ll just stick to the original games.

If you still can’t pause mid-battle, I’m going to be really irritated. (Yes, I know you can turn the summary screen on and just not press A, but the combat is so slow that it is nice to turn it off once you’re familiar with the systems.)
