Would this be better leveled up for GBL ultra league or evolved/max/mega for raids?

Use it for both for pvp (ML) and raids. I was able to get a hundo (my second one) from research a few months back. Its powered up to level 40 but not yet evolved atm still need more XLs and hoping that we can have its exclusive move this weekend.
