I am RIGHT in that boat you mentioned. I played only on day one, and traveled from out of town with my kids to attend. Had connection problems all day, and had plans after the event as well, so we weren't able to take advantage of any of the compensation hours. I'm genuinely hoping they do more than just that to make up for it. We were hoping to make some really good memories with the game there. We ended up having a good time with each other, meeting other people, and doing other things in Vegas. But the main reason we came was to play and so we are disappointed.

They have every right to tell people that are playing pokemon go in the park without a ticket to not play… There was no spawns and no poke stops for non ticketed players, only kyogre n groudon raids that u got no energy from. It was pointless to be in the park without a ticket playing.
