Hatched one yesterday so I wanted to put together a bonus video featuring it. Strike eggmons getting 4-gauge moves is still one of the funniest decisions they’ve made so far – can’t wait for Giga Impact Nidoking and Dynamic Punch Poliwrath.

Strike Perrserker’s claim to fame is Standfast 9 Steel Beam, and it even has regen on its trainer move to cancel out the minimal recoil. As Steel-weak Glacia showed, Steel has very few special damage-dealers, so it’s a pretty solid niche should you not have Raihan. That said, Perrserker needs a lot of buffing support – crit mostly, but speed and accuracy buffs are great to have as well. I gave BeamBeam Pinpoint Entry 2 as a lucky skill to take care of the latter.

I think Lucian’s a great partner for Perrserker since he has Sp Def debuffs, Speed buffs, and a sizable sync nuke. Falkner provided the crit buffs as well as flinches, though his frailty made this clear a lot more tedious than it should’ve been. Seeing BeamBeam 2-shot a sidemon was funny though.

Sadly, PalMarnie + Perrserker isn’t as effective as SS Kris + Gyarados as all BeamBeam gets apart from Steel Zone is the crit buffs. That’s why I also run SS Brendan here for the Sp Atk buffs and Sp Def debuffs. This was much simpler than the previous clear.

Was trying to do the SC Jasmine duo but it’s so precise and reliant on Jasmine’s passives proccing. It’s definitely possible though as I was able to reach Bar 3 in one attempt but failed to a miss quad-queue. Decided to add Tech Persian for the Meow Meow experience.

Incredibly lucky run – those immediate Healing Hand procs and two MPRs on Cheryl were very much needed. I guess the missed sync crits and lack of Mind Games procs balanced it a bit but Cheryl being cooperative was way more important. There’s something cathartic about seeing an eggmon do five-digit damage against Cresselia.

Making a triple eggmon Meowth team work was a pain so I went with the next best thing. This is very reliant on flinches as Strike Perrserker is weak to Fire. She can tank the Bar 1 sure crit Eruption at full health but she won’t be able to take a Bar 2 Eruption after.
