I love the fact we’re getting the star studded worst to try for ourselves, now. I bought it instantly and man is it bad. One of the worst games I’ve ever picked up. 🤣
The Game Boy game is alright tho.
I hope more devs go through AVGN’s video list to re-release these games. You know, as a second chance. I really want to try Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde for myself one day. Friday the 13th would be cool, too.

It’s worth it just for the Game Boy version, which is surprisingly good as far as LJN games go. It’s a simple arcade-style platformer. The NES version is a flaming hot dumpster fire.

I won the NES game in a Butterfinger contest as a kid so I have an odd nostalgia for it. Not enough to buy it but I do remember it more fondly than I should.
There’s honestly a good idea for a game in there. Whoever decided to hide the historical treasures in areas you can’t walk in was a monster.

I may forever hold a grudge against LRG for refusing to refund my $35 after lossing my copy of Gold Story in the mail, and swear an uneneding torrent of blood and vengance upon their founders and their families for it from now until the heat death of the universe, but I gotta respect the 69 joke.

Couldn’t they have gotten the Lynx game in there too? It was better than the Nintendo versions.
