The demo for the game impressed me. Game looks great and multiplayer is fun.
Looking forward to playing through this again. Was one of my favorite Kirby games when it originally came out. Would love to see the 3DS games remastered as well.
Can you guys believe that the FIRST SWITCH 60FPS Kirby game happens to be a remaster of a Wii game? There is no reason why a Kirby game shouldn’t be 60fps, they’re not that demanding

This trailer kinda sold me on the gameplay and content. $60 is pretty steep, especially after the Metroid Prime Remaster announcement at $40… but there is a lot of content here and 60FPS Kirby looks so smooth. I’m conflicted…
What is the circle with the X in the top left when playing single player? Looks kind of like a held item or something, but it was blank in the trailer.

I like forgotten lands but hot damn I fucking love the return to form for Dreamland.
Sucks that Magoland is limited to Leaderboards, the mini-games would’ve sure to been fun online with others. ;_;

This looks like a good game that I want to play, but 60$ seems too much. For 40$ I’ll bite
My kids love to play all Kirby games. One problem with Star Allies is that someone walks in the door first and then the stage is gone. It should wait for all players to move on. I had hoped it will be changed in this game but it’s not.
I haven’t played the demo yet. Very excited though.
If they’re charging $70 for TOTK they should charge less for these types of games.
I’m thinking about learning to speed run this, may be a niche category but I think it would be a fun starter game for speed running!

I just can’t figure out what Kirby game to get. I liked the demo of Return to Dream Land Deluxe a lot, but my favorite Kirby game has been Super Star for 25 years, and no other Kirby game has taken that spot. Something about the multiple games, the partner system (which I miss terribly), the absurdly fun Great Cave Offensive, the sub-games… is RTDLD the game I should finally get?
I tried the Star Allies demo which was technically impressive, but I disliked the 2-4 friends gimmick really strongly, and I ended up missing out on what I hear was really robust post-launch support.
I tried the Kirby and the Forgotten Land demo, but it feels so different from classic Kirby that half the time it felt like a Mario Odyssey expansion.
Are there any huge fans of Return to Dream Land and KSS that could weigh in and help me out here? 🙏
How easy is this game? Is there an easy and a hard mode? My son loves Forgotten Land, Kirby is his new favorite character, Mario’s has gone to the back burner. We tried playing the SNES Kirby’s and those didn’t have to well and it was too difficult for him compared to FL. So to help him out I play Kirby and he was 2P.
