*How “I”, not “a”. Sorry for the typo in the title.
I love classic Street Fighter II and the d-pad on the otherwise fantastic NYXI Hyperion joycon wasn’t cutting it, so I fixed it. Here’s how I did it…

This is too well done and worded too weirdly to not be an ad
This is cool
The D-pad even looks way better than the stock one.
I always preferred that Nintendo-style D-pad look.
I’m currently looking to mod my NYXI Wizards myself. I love the controller, but the buttons are just a bit too quiet so I wanna see if I can put some replacement pads for it.
I tried using a DS4 d-pad and rubber membrane, as described here: [https://www.reddit.com/r/NintendoSwitch/comments/ofcplo/modded_my_binbok_controller_with_a_dualshock4/](https://www.reddit.com/r/NintendoSwitch/comments/ofcplo/modded_my_binbok_controller_with_a_dualshock4/)
but the buttons somehow got stuck in the shell when any direction was pressed firmly. I have reverted to the stock d-pad but retained the clickier membrane (which the DS4 modder points out has the same pinholes as Binbok’s one). I might try your SNES-style one if I get round to it.
