as someone who loves baseball games despite not being the biggest baseball fan IRL, it’s so ironic to me that eBaseball PowerPros legitimately has more appealing gameplay to me in almost every way compared to MLB the show, a game I’ve played almost yearly for 15+ years.
PowerPros just gets almost everything right AND it’s super, super easy to pick up. God I wish they’d bring back MLB PowerPros.

I really hope they improve the performance and gameplay. I want to be happy and buy this…but after playing eBaseball 2022, it’s so hard to buy something that gameplay wise is inferior.

I’ve played some on the PS5 and Switch handheld.
I was surprised when I started on the Switch, my diamond dynasty team was there. I linked my accounts before, but I figured I’d have to do something again. It was seamless. So that’s cool.
As for the visuals, obviously the Switch doesn’t compete there and the lower frame rate isn’t great, but it was fun still. I thought it would be harder but I actually hit way better on the Switch. Then again I was up against Dylan Cease on the PS5. I could see myself getting both versions.
