Shadow galvantula is a myth. I've done dozens of electric rocket battles since it's release and only gotten shinx/mareep/Electabuzz.
Went with a team made to handle Toxapex and Trevenant. 25 battles. Saw 1 Tox, 3 Trevs. No algorithm huh?
