Asian players go crazy tbh. I get around 20 invites a dayfrom (especially Japanese) Asian players in my list.
They always join my raids as well, almost all level 50 with like 500k catches. Send one a raid for Ho-Oh yesterday and he rocked up with 6 shadow T-tar’s who I assume are at least 90+ IV.
