Pretty sure that the Luma is voiced by Sam Lavagnino, the same guy who voiced Catbug in Bravest Warriors and Mr. Muffin in the asdf series. He did some additional voice work in The Rise of Gru, so he would already have had some prior contacts with Illumination.
