Has anyone played this game ? I’m in the fence
RyanTheNerd
Curious it’s is peaked. Waiting for more gameplay videos.

anyone tried this on switch/console? the control scheme seems very mouse and keyboard oriented and i worry that they might not translate as well to controller
edit: sounds like the menus are definitely tedious to work through, but may be worth putting up with for the good gameplay. thanks everyone for the information!

Game is a ton of fun and very addicting, especially if you like strategy games. also the OST is epic!

I don’t know about the game, it might be good, it might be bad, but man…
It’s so disappointing seeing such a cool cinematic trailer and then going into some pixelgraphics turn based stuff…
Again, the might the best thing ever, but I surely did not expected that after watching the first half of the video…
Edit: I’m not bashing on the game at all, as I said I haven’t played it, it might be really good. All I’m saying is, the contrast between cinematic and gameplay was definitely huge.

I hope we get even more turn-based games in the future.

Amazing on PC, played it a ton in early access. If you like turn-based combat and roguelikes you’ll love this game. Not sure how clunky it’ll be on a controller though.

Just picked this up on PC last night. Cool game, but gamepad controls could be a lot better. I tried playing with a controller but almost immediately switched back to mouse.

Saw this trailer last night but didn’t think it was for me. After reading the comments here I must say I think I was wrong, and I really should check this out.

Music and opening animation did a good job of getting me hyped/interested enough to check out.
fuzzynavel34
It’s a really great game. 2 completely different segments; the turn based combat sections and the reprieve of base building in between after X rounds. The music is banging, there’s plenty of different ways to build heroes at this point, and it’s hard but not unfairly so.
Desert_Walker20
Another underwhelming low effort game getting released on Switch that doesn’t have a massive high definition open world or the kind of combat that people actually want in a game; Just another usual Nintendo day

Game looks crazyyy

Cool looking game, great music but that UI and text looks way too small for a Switch screen in handheld mode.

The gameplay looked a lot like “They are Billions”. That track was dope though, 80s fantasy vibes.

Let’s hope they cleared that really awesome bug that wipes all your progress for no reason.

This game is phenomenal for fans of turns based horde survival, but I’ve heard about some performance issues on switch and PS5. Runs like a dream on PC though. Would highly recommend playing it on PC if possible but it’s worth looking at the subreddit or Youtube to get a clearer picture on just how bad it is, I’m PC only so this is all I got to add.

This game looks so close to something I would absolutely love, but I absolutely hate tower defense type games and I think it leans a little too heavy into that for my liking.

Watching this thinking “no way they’ll justify this epic anime intro”, but the comments here have me thinking otherwise.

I saw this animation and the gameplay is not what I was expecting.
NormieSpecialist
The music alone convinced me to give this a try.
cameronisaloser
anyone know if this has a physical version?
ETisME
this is one of my fav indie game in a while. Very challenging but not too frustrating. That being said, I think all the text and numbers may be too small on the switch portable screen though.
