I would argue that any perfect battle league ratio shadow pokemon has a niche that could make it great in some special league, regardless of what any meta analysis of the standard leagues would say.
That said… Vileplume or Bellossom? Hmm…

Shadow Oddish is a beast for Element Cup (500 CP). Razor Leaf damage hits hard.
