Seems we’ve got three games releasing all on the same day:
* [Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse](https://www.nintendo.com/store/products/fatal-frame-mask-of-the-lunar-eclipse-switch/) \– The fourth game of the Fatal Frame series, in which you’ve gotta defend yourself from ghosts with a haunted camera. This was a Wii title that never released in English back in the day, so it’s great to see it finally release outside of Japan.
* [Ib](https://www.nintendo.com/store/products/ib-switch/) \– A classic RPGmaker horror title, and one of my favorites from back in the day. This is one I can recommend even to those who scare easily because it’s more about the mood than actual frights. Some great puzzles, nice pixel art, memorable characters, and engaging little story.
* [Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo](https://www.nintendo.com/store/products/paranormasight-the-seven-mysteries-of-honjo-switch/) \– Don’t know much about this one, but it looks to be a horror visual novel from Square Enix, and is releasing at a lower price than I expected. I’m all about those spooky curse stories from Japan, and the 360 degree exploration seems neat.
Good horror games are always a bit harder to come by than other genres, so it’s interesting to see three release all at once!

Interesting that Pananormasight was the only one of the three to ask me to age verify to see the game page! And it is on sale – tempting.

Ib is a great title if you want to get into RPG Maker horror games. One of the few that made the genre back in the day up there with Angels of Death, Misao, Mad Father, and The Witch’s House
Jesus, what **isn’t happening** in March 9th? It feels like every company chose this specific date for their releases or presentations some reason.

PARANORMASIGHT looks so good honestly. I think I’ll take it especially with the sale
Every time I play a Fatal Frame game it ends up not being scary at all… but I still keep buying and playing them
Paranormasight looks really interesting. The sale is live until something like March 22nd, so I’m awaiting reviews before I pull the trigger. Fatal Frame IV looks great, but I’ll wait a sale (Koei Tecmo are super stingy with their sales, though…).
Paranormasight looks very interesting and promising! After the failure of Forspoken and Babylon’s Fall, Square Enix only makes budget horror games.
Is Fatal Frame getting a physical release?
With Ib release, we are just lacking Misao (and the original Yume Nikki) to have the complete Indie RPG Maker Horror pack on Switch. Good times.
The fatal frame series is the absolute tits. It’s the only survival horror series that has genuinely creeper me out and made me “what the fuck!?” Out loud.
Can’t remember which one it is but you go down a staircase, hear a thump behind you, and a ghost with a broken neck comes skittering at you like a fucking spider. One of the few times I shit myself at a videogame.
I’m wishlisting this one I think.

Would absolutely love a Fatal Frame original trilogy on modern consoles, physical or digital!
Picked up paranormasight. Absolutely excellent. If you enjoyed death mark or raging loop, I would argue it is better.
