Isn’t that the guy who said it’s super unlikely that it would ever be remastered?

  3. BlamingBuddha

Props to this guy! Nothing but praise to the new team from the beginning.

From the timestamps listed, I thought it was gonna be that other OG dev bashing the game.

… I *still* wish I had $40 to play the new Metroid :/, but eh, im in that same boat but even worse for TLOU for $60-$70.

  4. dred1367

I think its funny that he was apprehensive about the ship string light change because the original design made 0 fucking sense and this is a huge improvement over that garbage idea.

  5. DawnSignals

Woulda been nice if they actually reviewed the game in real time, almost like a director’s commentary, instead of just having them talk.

Also OP, the timestamps are embedded in the video.

edit: I’m sure you did it for clarity, thanks

  6. Twingemios

Did you ask him about Tommy Talerico? I heard his sound effect literally changed how they designed the weapons. And that he kissed miamoto on the mouth.

(This is a joke that requires you watch a 2 hour video about the oof sound effect )

  7. suedehelpme

His comments on the motion blur on the thermal visor are interesting. I never even considered the possibility of it being due to a performance issue. My theory has always been that it camouflaged the very simple enemy models that were exposed by the flat colors.

I watched the last 10mins of this. Awesome stuff ✌❤😊

  9. GrayCatX

Great that he appreciates this awesome remaster.
