Yeah let’s slow the roll here lol. It was a funny song for the movie, and due to Jack Black being as good as he is, its enjoying a well deserved bit of recognition. But its not going to even be nominated for an oscar, heck they might not even submit it for one.

Being eligible doesn’t mean anything though. I doubt they would submit this song to the Oscar. It’s just a fun, silly joke. Why act like it’s already nominated or something?
