The funny thing is, Tears of the Kingdom is very clearly benefiting from Splatoon’s liquid physics.
It was already obvious to me in the last teaser when they showed a wheel getting pulled out of pool of mud, The consistency and shiny look of the mud look like paint from Splatoon. In the new trailer the part where that giant fish monster swims in solid ground was very Splatoonish.

Welp, saw that one coming a country mile away. The theming here is pretty balanced though, so this should be a good one.

The custom triforce map looks sick but I have to complain and say it’s a shame it’s basically just another flat surface. Would’ve been a great time to bring back shifty station by adding inkrails as a nod to minecarts, and those bounce pads as a nod to the paraglider, etc.
Zero chance Courage isn’t the most popular.
That being said, Team Power baby!
Predictable, but should be a fun Splatfest unlike the last one! Let’s go Power!!!!!!!!!!

I literally just got splatoon, and I’m loving it. I have no idea how things work yet though so Idk if I’ll be participating.
You know what would be cool. If they did music like they do for tetris 99 themes. Like a special Zelda theme in the style of Splatoon.
