I was very excited back when I preordered this in 2021. Now, I’m wondering when I’ll even get to it.
Go figure it releases when I’m flat broke. Ah well, the original games are always there.
I got this preordered but honestly I’m less excited than I was a year ago and wish there was new content.
I wonder if the wait will hurt sales?

Can’t wait! This is one of my top 5 most anticipated games of the year along with Resident Evil 4, Zelda: TOTK, Final Fantasy XVI and Armored Core VI. I love the updated art style, graphics and animations.
People who haven’t played this game may think it’s an easy game because of the cartoony graphics, but it’s really challenging, especially if you’re trying to get an S rank on each mission. The new Reset Turn feature should make it a bit easier though.
I’m about to go on a week long road trip right after this drops and the timing couldn’t be more perfect. I remember many long drives with the old GBA versions of Advance Wars so this will be a perfect revisit. Can’t wait!

Have we gotten anymore detailed info about online play? If not, I definitely wouldn’t buy this until it’s on a big sale. The only thing that could justify the $60 is if it had big multiplayer servers or something they needed to pay for.

Played tons of AW1 back in high school with my friends before class. Cannot wait for this game, honestly.
I have also played and beaten every AW EXCEPT for BHR… got stuck on the doozy of a final mission years ago. Got to have my revenge after all these years!
Gonna be a good week! My big 40th birthday is on April 18th. I’ll be given the amazing gift of the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection, then 3 days later, Advance Wars Boot Camp and also Dead Island 2!
Ive never played the series but loved the GBA fire emblems so I think I’ll give this a shot

I did play Battalion Wars 1 & 2 back in the day, though the gameplay is pretty different from what I see.
Too late, not buying anymore.
The hype is now gone, more important things are coming up or just came out and backlog increases.
Next time do not give a damn about a specific war, just as what you do for the rest of them.
