I would suggest not evolving it, as the shundo togepi is much rarer than the other forms (which can be caught in the wild).
But it’s up to you! If you have a plan to use it in ML and you don’t have another hundo I would consider evolving it, but if you don’t PvP in ML much then I’d keep the lil baby.

Keep Togepi as is. If you really want to by all means evolve to Togekiss but I give a wait and think about it. You might get a great IV Togetic or Togepi in the next 5 to 18 months or so. If Niantic’s is still around and follows usual patterns Togetic will pop up in the annual every CD December 2023 and December 2024 rerun event. I also would not be surprised if it has a classic CD eventually.
