Too bad I won’t be partaking in finding out more, as it still remains a MYSTERY as to why GF hasn’t fixed its original game 🤷🏻‍♂️

Isn’t this Pokemon also in the new anime?

  3. SapphireSalamander

    ill name mine “darwin”

i wonder if this and terrapagos will have the urshifu treatment of evolving legendary

I’m not against more turtle Pokémon but this one doesn’t look good at all in terms of design.

  5. BeardedBears

Pokemon look more like neopets every generation.

Looks like a land Lapras. A Landpras.

  7. berejser

Have they fixed the game’s performance issues?

Don’t tell me it’s another evolving “legendary”

Like Nebby (Cosmog) in SM/USUM, and swordog/shieldog (Zacian/Zamazenta) in Sw/Sh, this Pokémon is going to be story significant to the DLC and ultimately end up being a pre-evolution or base form of Terapagos.

    That is my prediction.

I may be in the minority and I respect everyone’s opinions and tastes. This is just my personal observation/feel from an “old timer”:

I grew up with the era of the first 3 generations of Pokémon mainly. There were some games I missed out because I had to sell my 3DS.

Personally, Pokémon had a recognizable design/”feel” that at some point got lost and started me reminding me more of stuff like Digimon. I can’t really describe it objectively, but these new generations don’t necessarily remind me of Pokémon. Even the new iterations of the games don’t really feel like Pokémon games anymore.

The Pokémon behind dynamax: terrifying virus dragon spine monster.

The Pokémon behind tera: cute turtle

It’s clearly a Zygarde Cell-esque form of Terapagos. Who are they trying to fool? 😂

Not gonna lie I would’ve loved if they kept the mystery for longer. Would have really made it like Ho-oh was back then, but I’m still glad the anime got to premiere a new Pokemon after all this time 🙂

  14. Ok-Leave3121

It probably won’t have that much significance

  15. BraveRice

Do people still play this atrocious game?

  16. THE_GR8_MIKE

If this does come out in September then I may actually be finishing up Tears of the Kingdom by then. We’ll see lol

    Take your bets, folks

    Evolving legendary?

    Form change?

    Another Manaphy and Phione situation?

Personally I’m just betting on a form change.

Comparing this Pokémon w Terapagos is giving me pre evolution vibes.

I simply do not get the aesthetic appeal of Pokemon. They look pretty random and uninspired to me.

  20. Burntfruitypebble

Ugh, I love turtles. He’s so cute!

  21. Tetra-76

Cool of Nintendo to let kids design their own new Pokemon now

  22. Terapagos looks great, but this thing looks super dumb. It’s like a shitty gem stone version of shuckle.

  23. AfternoonAlarming765

Looks like its from /r/fakemon lmao

  24. Why is it a gem with a bunch of condoms for appendages and anal beads coming out of its head?

  25. I miss the times where legendaries didn’t have evolutions
