Oh goodness I feel like this will open the floodgates to a lot of other bullshit

Oh. No. *goes to literally any other site that emulates Nintendo games as there are hundreds upon thousands that don’t use dstorage*

Surprise, surprise – it is illegal to host Nintendo’s ROMs and courts tend to rule that way. More shocking news at 11

Tale as old as time. Nintendo and their lawyers will always go after these sites. They really have strong standing on this matter.

Edit: this sounds wrong. I mean they are always going against pirate and ROM and other stuffs which are not official licensed or follow the TOS.

Next you’ll be telling me piratebay is illegal!

Shocker: someone decided to help people who want to play a specific game because Nintendo overcharges every. fucking. game.

Quick!! Make a YouTube about how Nintendo is screwing over its fans and violating freedoms incorporated from archaic rules of the past…oh wait…”Fuck around and find out” wins again!!!

Lol what was this dude expecting? For sure they’ll shut it down and make him pay, specially Nintendo is brutal when it’s piracy or sometimes just talking bad bout their stuff 😂

“We won’t sell you our old games. But if you want to play them, fuck you” says Nintendo to its fans

It sucks that Nintendo still hasn’t figured out how to deal with the ever-growing problem of game preservation. Surely it would be far more easier and profitable to have them all in one place and let people pay a subscription for it, similar to their current online games, except more widespread. Stops ROM pirates, stops people being forced to buy the physical for extortionate prices and it stops people complaining to Nintendo.

This could hurt a bunch of switch pirates. They used this site mostly since others get taken down easily. Surprised this took 2 years to settle this would had been easy to do regardless since the ruling is obvious.

Excellent news! Keep up the good work Nintendo – merc those pirates!

Nintendo is the only company I’ve been DMCA’d by. If you’re going to download or torrent these games, use a VPN

  18. ShaboPaasa

cool now it will be back under a different name and they will have to do it all over again

Again – if you are making money with Nintendo games and your name isn’t Nintendo, you are legally in the wrong.
