It’s one thing to distribute and pirate for free, most people do this out of passion for the community and generally aren’t hauled into court for this. ~~Doug~~ Gary, however, was making insane profit off of this so I’m not sympathetic towards him. Once you intentionally bring money into the mix, you’re asking for trouble.

I want to see the proof and calcultions that Nintendo got damaged for the 10m they are suing bowser for. While I believe that this could be a real number I feel like it’s an inflated number and only this high cause the abuse the American system to get even more compensation.
