This started happening a few days ago when I reached level 40. It happens nearly everytime I go to the trainer screen or friends list. I also get white screens when trying to take over a gym or after defeating team rocket I’Il have to close the app and try to restart only for it to happen again. My app
doesn’t need any updates and my phone is also fully updated (Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra) I’ve even tried restarting my phone and uninstalling the app and redownloading it. I also wanted to make a report through Niantic but I just landed on a screen detailing known issues none of which are similar to the one I’ve been experiencing. Help? What should I do?

Change your avatar pose to default(idle) and that should fix it 👍
I was going to say which bug as I didn’t see anything, but that was the problem. I’ve never experienced something like this before, but I’m happy to see that the problem fixed itself!
