Yes. I did the same with my wailmer. Some people will be in the comments or even your DMs arguing that this is like 26th top tier for some obscure league, but your stats are garbage for any GBL and ALSO it’s entirely up to you.
I prefer ‘purified 4*’ over ‘shadow almost 4*’ in every case except four so far- 98% Metagross, 98% Gardevoir, 98% apex Lugia & my only shadow Mewtwo.
i don’t think it matters as steelix isn’t really useful
